Above and beyond what was promised to us at the time of purchase. They provided excellence information about the venue, what was included, how to retrieve and use our tickets, and what to expect day of. Would highly recommend using this company and will look to them in the future for additional large group sporting events. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Matt. He got us 2 tickets to Centre Court in Wimbledon 2022 and they were amazing seats. Everything was so well run with Rocket Hospitality and we will definitely be coming back to book more events with Matt and the guys. My husband and I purchased Wimbledon tickets through Rocket hospitality. Our experience was first class from the first email inquiry, to the downloaded tickets on our phones. We will definitely use Matt for future bookings. Honestly, everything was perfect for this “once in a lifetime” experience for us. As first-timers at Wimbledon, we had so many questions and Matt was super responsive and patient. Worth every penny for a lifetime and bucket list experience. Transacting over the internet for fairly large sums of money is always a little scary. Matt Gibson of Rocket Hospitality took great pains to explain every step of the process and what to expect. Although it was our first time to Wimbledon the Debenture Tickets were delivered EXACTLY as promised. We had a fantastic view from our seats and thoroughly enjoyed the games, the atmosphere and the privilege of seeing the quarterfinals from Center court. Both the men’s and women’s matches were thrilling and fun. Matt could not have been more helpful and responsive in my quest to secure tickets to Centre Court at Wimbledon! The seat locations were outstanding, and the level of service he provided was unmatched. Very seamless and would highly recommend him and his team to anyone! Communication clear and timely; efficient and consistent performance, satisfied all undertakings; pricing was competitive and perhaps slightly better than comparables I found online. Very satisfied. I’ve been delighted with the service Rocket Hospitality has provided me. Matt’s email responses have been quick, thorough and helpful. We used the company for debenture Wimbledon tickets and were delighted with the seats and the ease of getting the tickets.
